DueDuo ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DueDuo mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and display name.
Inventory Data: The products, items, categories, and groups you create within the App.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and push notifications.
Advertising ID: For serving relevant ads via Google AdMob (if you are on the free plan).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality
- To send expiry reminder notifications (with your permission)
- To serve advertisements (free plan users)
- To improve the App based on usage patterns
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — for in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising ID data. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policy.
- Expo / EAS — for app updates and push notifications.
- Better Auth — for authentication and session management.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from within the App settings. SeeDelete your account for steps.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
